This was the first time I came up with the concept of a place where we could have photos on the intranet of employees, so that people could recognize each other and say hello. We were growing so quickly it was important that people put a name to the face as we added new employees. Subsequently I introduced the “Facebook” at Siperian it became even more important because of the remote nature of the employees.

For those of you who are wondering who that person you keep bumping into the kitchen is and what they do for MetaTV … introducing the Faces of MetaTV.
As I mentioned at the kickoff, we are still growing at a fair clip and now is the time to get to know folks in and out of your area by mingling and finding out how each group and individual is driving our 3 main company objectives for 2001:
• Customer Acquisition and Satisfaction (CAS)
• High Quality Product Releases (HQP)
• Path to Profitability (P2P)
