Ramon brought me into Reltio (and the start-up world!). This was a time of tremendous growth at Reltio from all aspects, product, customers, processes, employees, and positioning. During this time I have closely witnessed Ramon’s ability to operate well at all levels from high-level strategy and vision down to detailed troubleshooting of specific issues. He established a culture of ownership for us during that hyper-growth phase. As a manager, he gave me the right autonomy and confidence to drive outcomes, take calculative risks, and he had my back.
