Siperian Inc., a San Mateo data management platform company, promoted Ramon Chen to vice president of product marketing and Randy Erwin to vice president, sales-life sciences and emerging markets. Prior to their promotions, Chen was senior director of product management and marketing, and Erwin was senior director of life sciences sales.
