What are the three main objectives HQP, CAS and P2P and how to they relate to Innovate. Adapt. Amaze?

In December 2000 we focused ourselves on 3 main objectives if you were with us then you received a card like the one at the end of this e-mail

1) HQP – High Quality Products

2) CAS – Customer Acquisition and Satisfaction

3) P2P – Path-to-Profitability

These three base objectives complement our brand values Innovate. Adapt. These efforts allow us to amaze customers leading to customer acquisition. Our unparalleled level of service and our ability to adapt to changes and requests maintains a high level of customer satisfaction. Ultimately all these will lead to increased sales and revenues and with everyone managing costs we continue the march towards path-to-profitability which allows us to grow the business and reap the rewards.
